These terms govern your purchase and use of KinDox.
What KinDox is
KinDox is a documentation and organisation tool that helps you record and organise information such as incidents, conversations, evidence and concerns. KinDox is not a law firm, does not provide legal, medical or safeguarding advice, and does not determine whether negligence, malpractice, abuse, regulatory breach or liability occurred.
Purchase and licence
KinDox is sold as a one-time purchase of £29.99, licensed for use on up to 3 devices. There is no recurring subscription for the core product.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your contract for the purchase transaction is with Stripe's applicable terms in addition to these terms.
Your data
Your case information is stored locally on your own device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Acceptable use
You agree to use KinDox lawfully and not to use it to harass, defame, or make false statements about any person.
