Keep a clear record when something doesn't feel right.
KinDox helps families organise incidents, conversations, evidence and concerns in one clear place — so you can understand what happened, when it happened, and what to do next.
One-time purchase. No subscription required.
Important details shouldn't live in six different places.
When you're dealing with a concern about someone's care, the details that matter tend to end up scattered — a text here, a photo there, a call you meant to write down and didn't. Piecing it back together later, when it matters most, is hard.
What you can record
Everything above has a home in KinDox.
KinDox brings the record together.
Four steps, in the actual KinDox interface.
No jargon, no set-up wizard to get through first — you just start where you are.

Record
Capture incidents, conversations, concerns and evidence while the details are still fresh.

Organise
KinDox builds a structured, chronological record from the information you enter — automatically.

Take action
Use your organised record to prepare for conversations, meetings, complaints and appropriate next steps.

Create documents
Generate clear, structured documents you can download, print or share.
You don't need to remember everything. You need a reliable record.
KinDox doesn't ask you to interpret what's happening — it helps you turn scattered information into something structured, understandable, and useful when you need it.
- One organised record, instead of six scattered ones
- A clear chronology, built automatically as you go
- Evidence attached directly to the events it relates to
- Conversations documented, not just remembered
- Important details kept together, not spread across apps
- Professional document export when you need to share it
- Designed for mobile, so you can record things in the moment
- Works without handing your case data to a remote KinDox account
Your case information stays with you.
KinDox currently stores your case information locally, on your own device.
- There is no KinDox account that holds your case file.
- There is no remote KinDox case database — your records aren't uploaded anywhere by KinDox.
- You're responsible for creating and safely keeping your own backup files.
This describes how KinDox currently works. No storage approach can offer an absolute guarantee — please read our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
For when a situation involving someone you care about is becoming hard to keep track of.
KinDox can help whenever concerns, conversations and evidence about someone's care or wellbeing need to be kept in one clear place.
Every situation is different, and not every case is the same in nature or seriousness — KinDox is a tool for organising your own record, not a judgement on any particular setting or situation.

Questions people ask
What is KinDox?
KinDox is an Evidence & Advocacy System that helps families organise incidents, conversations, evidence and concerns about someone's care into one clear, chronological record.
Is KinDox a law firm?
No. KinDox is an organisation and documentation tool. It is not a law firm and does not act on your behalf.
Does KinDox provide legal advice?

Where is my information stored?
Your case information is stored locally, on your own device. You create and keep your own backup files — there is no separate step required beyond saving a backup where you choose to keep it.
Does KinDox upload my case information?
No. There is no KinDox account or remote database that your case file is sent to. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to share a backup or an exported document yourself.
Can I use KinDox on my phone?
Yes. KinDox is designed mobile-first, so you can record something while the details are still fresh, wherever you are.
How many devices can I use?
Your KinDox licence covers up to 3 devices.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. KinDox is a one-time purchase of £29.99. There's no recurring fee for the core product. An optional ongoing support service is planned for the future but is not available yet.
Can KinDox tell me whether negligence or abuse occurred?
No. KinDox organises the information you enter — it does not assess or determine whether negligence, malpractice, abuse, regulatory breach or liability occurred. Those are judgements for the appropriate professionals or authorities.
Can I export my information?
Yes. KinDox can generate documents from your records that you can download, print or share, including a PDF export.
What happens if I lose my device?
Because your case data lives on your device, losing it without a backup means losing access to that data. This is why KinDox encourages creating backup files regularly and keeping them somewhere safe.
